NEQOS supported NHS England Right Care by sharing indicators developed for a number of NEQOS projects/programmes to support the development of the detailed Musculoskeletal (MSK) focus packs that are an extension of their Commissioning for Value packs. This included not only sharing metadata for creating the indicators but also advice on the presentation of the information including wording of the narrative to ensure that CCGs understood the relationship between cost and outcomes. A NEQOS consultant epidemiologist with a clinical background in MSK supported a WEBEX with the Right Care delivery partners, to provide background clinical context and support them particularly in interpreting the PROMs data.
