NEQOS can undertake bespoke analyses of existing patient experience surveys to explore the findings in depth for an individual Trust, to support further improvement and learning.
As an example, NEQOS has undertaken work for a Trust whose priority was to understand what more could be made of findings about the Trust from both the national NHS Inpatient Survey, and the Friends and Family test. NEQOS analysed these surveys to identify areas within the Trust which had:
- Particularly good patient experiences from which others could learn across the organisation
- Generally ’acceptable’ experiences, but where supportive work across the organization could yield significant improvements for many patients
- Experiences below expectations, where remedial work might be required
