The 30th Hospital Mortality Monitoring report has recently been distributed to North East Quality Observatory Service (NEQOS) subscribers using data from April 2016 to March 2016.
The report is distributed to NHS organisations in the north east and reviews hospital mortality in the region. The objective is to give both providers and commissioners hospital mortality monitoring and benchmarking data to assist with assurance across the north east. The report is provided to organisations subscribing to NEQOS.
