Paul is based NEQOS HQ and has 10 years’ experience in analysis of data, data management and interpretation within the public sector. Paul has been a core member of the NEQOS team since 2012.
Paul works on a range of products focused on patient experience, including the Friends and Family Test, CQC surveys and also developing a Safety and Quality Dashboard incorporating 17 data sources.
